The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 guarantees your right to a self-identified gender, education, employment and healthcare — and makes discrimination punishable.
Government website is down. This portal is not working from the government's side. We are checking it regularly, and the moment it is back it will open from here. Till then you can apply for your identity certificate in person at your District Magistrate (Collector) office — it is free.
